Step 2 - Registering for a Gallery

When the 650 CCnD Photo Gallery home page is displayed in the browser, you should see a row of buttons/links in the upper left corner of the page. They should look like this:
Click on the button/link titled  .
The following Terms and Conditions agreement will be displayed:
It is strongly suggested that you read the Terms and Conditions verbiage prior clicking the  button.
Please keep in mind that the Photo Gallery you are registering for is to be used primarily to display digital pictures of your motorcycle and modifications made to it. All pics uploaded will require approval by the gallery administrator prior to it being available for viewing.
If you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions presented, click on the button/link.
The Input Registration Information form will now be displayed:
The form only identifies the Username, Password, Re-enter password, and Email fields as required. However, this is due to the gallery configuration tool limitations. Although the 650 CCnD ID, 650 CCnD Alias, Bike's Name, Website, Forum Number, and Mods fields are identified as Optional Information, the 650 CCnD ID, and Forum Number fields are *Mandatory*. The Gallery administrator will not approve any Registration Request that does not contain valid entries in the Username, Password, Re-enter password, Email, 650 CCnD ID, and Forum Number fields. You should enter your 650 CCnD Forum Login ID in both the Username and 650 CCnD ID fields. See the following pic for additional information on completing the form fields.
After you have entered, at least, all of the mandatory registration information, click on the  button.
Some basic validation checks will be done. For instance, if you entered a Password that matches what you entered for the Username, you will get an Error Message. Otherwise, your browser should display this Thank You message:

The Gallery Administrator will be notified via e-mail that you have requested registration for a 650 CCnD User Photo Gallery. At this point the Gallery Administrator will review your registration request for all mandatory information, and verify that the forum number entered has been assigned to the Username and 650 CCnD ID entered (these must match). This may take up to 72 hours (3 days) but will usually take less than 24 hours. The Gallery Administrator will then attempt to send you an e-mail to indicate whether your registration has been approved or rejected. It is important that you enter a valid and properly formatted e-mail address during the registration process or you will not receive this e-mail. We're all human and it is possible that due to unforseen circumstances you may not receive a registration status e-mail. You can surf to the gallery home page and try to login with the Username and Password you entered when requesting registration. If it doesn't work, it's safe to assume that the Gallery Administrator hasn't yet approved your registration. As long as you have entered all of the required information in the registration form and that information verifies, your registration will be approved.
